About
Small businesses should get the AI employee, not the AI add-on.
Every platform a service business already pays for has added an AI tab this year, and charged again for it. Underneath, the product is still a human inbox: the AI drafts, a person sends, and the customer waits. That is not a front desk. It is autocomplete with a subscription.
faberiq was built the other way around. The agent is the product. It answers on the channel the customer used, works from rules the owner wrote in plain language, uses real tools (the calendar, the price list, Square, Stripe, the customer record), and is accountable for outcomes you can count: bookings taken, deposits collected, invoices paid. The workflow canvas underneath it is powerful, and most owners will never open it.
It is built in Ontario by an engineer who spent sixteen years on the infrastructure the incumbents are now bolting AI onto: AI platform architecture at Red Hat, and cloud and machine-learning platforms at AWS, Thomson Reuters and IBM. Knowing what a conversation actually costs to run is why the AI is in the base price instead of being sold back to you as an add-on.
We are early and we say so. No phone channel yet, no reputation module yet, no outbound campaigns yet. All three are on a roadmap we will not pretend is shipped. What works today is the part that matters most: the message gets answered, the job gets booked, and the money arrives.
Questions go to the founder.
There is no sales team to route you through. Write to hello@faberiq.ai and you will get an answer.
